Ordering:

Orders to Petals & Patches can be done by a variety of methods. Please note that all International credit card orders can only be paid for using Visa or Mastercard. Cheque and money orders will also be accepted but will take longer to process due to the clearing time required. All cheques or money orders should be made out to Petals & Patches.
We have a catalogue of all our patterns and kits that is available for posting to you. E-mail us to request your copy.

Shopping Cart :

Petals & Patches uses Mal's E-commerce shopping cart to handle our on-line orders. It is very reliable and secured by 128 bit SSL technology. This method is the most convienent for you as an order can be placed at any time most suitable for yourself. The shopping cart will lead you through the whole purchase of your items.

Telephone :

Orders can be placed by phone if so desired. Due to time zones around the world this is best suited for Australian, South-East Asia or N.Z. customers. If you wish to contact us please note that we work according to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). All telephone orders will require the following information

• Card Type - either Visa or Mastercard
• Card No. - 16 digit number
• Expiry date - month/year
• Contact details - prefer e-mail address but a telephone no. will do
• CVV No.? - printed security number on back of card

Postal :

An order form, suitable for posting, is available on our site for you to print and use. Alternatively a note can be send telling us what item(s) you require including their product code along with the following information

All prices and charges are quoted in Australian Dollars. For International orders please use the link below for your currency conversion. Please note that you are leaving Petals & Patches to do these conversions. To return to Petals & Patches use the Back button of your browser.

Wholesale Enquires:

We are happy to have enquires concerning the wholesale selling of our patterns. Please send an e-mail to info@petalsandpatches.com.

Minimum Order:

Although we appreciate orders of any size, when paying by credit card orders under AUD$10.00 cannot be accepted. Please pay any amount under AUD$10.00 by cheque or money order. Please make cheques or money orders payable to Petals and Patches.

Delivery Policy :

Retail

All orders will be despatched within 2 working days, subject to availability. If any patterns, chalkbroad fabric or accessories are unavailable you will be notified and an expected delay given. If paying by cheque or money order, orders will be sent after funds have cleared.
Australia Post is our preferred carrier.

Wholesale

Since wholesale orders will typically be larger than retail orders and have so have a higher amount of work involved we cannot guarantee a 2 working day dispatch cycle. We will however dispatch your order as soon as is practical. Australia Post is our preferred carrier.

Return Policy :

If your order does not arrive by mail in good condition, please return unopened and a replacement pattern will be issued. Return postage to be paid for by purchaser.

We take all reasonable care to ensure the privacy of your personal details remains confidential. Any information provided to us will not be distributed to any other party.

Postage & Handling :

The prices below reflect the cost of postage and handling for the various types of items available from us. All prices are in Australian dollars, $AUD.

Australia Post considers anything weighing more than ½kg or dimensions greater than 260mm x 360mm x 20mm thick as being a parcel. As a general rule of thumb this equates to more than 8 patterns per order. If any Chalkboard fabric is ordered it is considered to be a parcel.
In such circumstances we will contact you to discuss shipping arrangements.
